While Sam Jackson is prominently known for his many amazing film roles in the final decades of the 20th century, his early life could actually be made into a romantic movie. During his university days at Atlanta’s Morehouse College, he and his friends demanded school reform by holding some members of the college’s board of trustees hostage.
He met Spelman College student LaTanya Richardson in 1974, during this time. The two eventually started dating and got married in 1980; and are still living their golden years together.
