If you’re a fan of punk and new wave music, there really is no one cooler than Chrissie Hynde. As the leading member of The Pretenders, Chrissie helped show that women could really help push rock music forward even into the 80s, creating innovative songs and just generally being a cool person.
While she had her first daughter with one of the members of The Kinks, she went on to marry Jim Kerr, another musician. Just look at how happy these two look here! Sadly they were only together until 1990. Chrissie is currently not married.
